    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a harmonic reducer with conjugate cycloidal profiles, including a circular spline, a flexspline, a wave generator and a flexible bearing. A profile of the circular spline and a profile of the flexspline are conjugate cycloidal profiles. The profile of the circular spline and the profile of the flexspline are formed by hypocycloids and epicycloids formed by two rolling circles around a pitch circle of the circular spline and a pitch circle of the flexspline under an engaging state respectively. A sum of radii of the first rolling circle and the second rolling circle is equal to a difference between radii of the pitch circle of the circular spline and the pitch circle of the flexspline under the engaging state. The wave generator is a biarc cam wave generator, a cam curve is an arc within an angle of contact in the long axis direction.

    Abstract: An injection regulation and control device includes blast furnace tuyeres for introducing rich oxygen or pure oxygen to form tuyere raceways. Temperature-adjusting injection openings are evenly formed in the circumferential direction of a blast furnace and inject a hydrocarbon component-containing injection object to the blast furnace. The temperature-adjusting injection openings are located, in an axial direction, within a height range where a soft melting dripping zone is located and are not lower than the positions of the blast furnace tuyeres. The hydrocarbon component-containing injection objects are enabled to undergo a thermal cracking reaction by utilizing the temperature in the vicinity of the tuyere raceways to form a hydrocarbon thermal cracking heat absorption area. Gas products generated by the thermal cracking reaction of the hydrocarbon component-containing injection objects increase the blast furnace gas volume.

    Abstract: A vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply method and device for hydrogen-rich smelting in a blast furnace or shaft furnace, combining steel plant hydrogen supply requirements with vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply technologies to construct a vehicle-mounted hydrogen supply system applied to hydrogen-rich smelting in a blast furnace or shaft furnace, thus providing an effective and reliable pathway for safe and stable hydrogen supply in a blast furnace or shaft furnace smelting process to perform hydrogen-rich smelting testing and production. Compared with a newly-built hydrogen plant, the invested construction cost is low, the operation flow is simple, the method and device are not limited by technical upgrading and transformation, and the flexibility is high. At the same time, two working long pipe vehicles and two pressure reducing system intake pipelines are used for solving the problem of continuous hydrogen supply required for hydrogen-rich smelting in a blast furnace.
