The solvent is any of ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, propylene carbonate, ethyl acetate, ethyl propionate, methyl propionate, 4-fluorotoluene, 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropyl ether, di-fluoro ethylene carbonate, ethyl difluoroacetate, or mixtures of the foregoing. The combination of additives includes at least sodium difluoro(oxalato)borate (NaODFB) and tris(trimethylsilyl)phosphite (TMSPi).
