The subcells are sequentially arranged in series in a first direction, each including a substrate and a first electrode that are stacked. The first direction is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the solar cell. The plurality of grid lines are disposed on the first electrodes in a one-to-one correspondence mode. An area of orthographic projections of the grid lines on the first subcells corresponding thereto is greater than an area of an orthographic projection of the grid line on the second subcell corresponding thereto. The solar cell can improve a current-limiting phenomenon, thereby improving the conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
