Abstract: The invention relates to the field of medicinal chemistry, in particular to a substituted diaryl compound shown as a formula (I), a preparation method of the substituted diaryl compound, a medicinal preparation containing the substituted diaryl compound and medical application of the substituted diaryl compound. Pharmacological test results show that the substituted diaryl compound disclosed by the invention has a good inhibition effect on cells of human lung cancer (A549), human ovarian cancer (SKOV3), human melanoma (A375) and human colon cancer (LOVO).

Abstract: A multifunctional mason jar sealing device comprises a mason jar main machine and a sealing converter; the mason jar main machine comprises an isolation plate and a first sleeve, an other side of the isolation plate is arranged with a receiving cavity, and a vacuum pump is arranged in the receiving cavity, the first sleeve is used to install the first mason jar body; both ends of the seal converter are respectively arranged with a connecting part detachably connected with the first and second sleeve, and a circle lid is arranged in the second sleeve; when the mason jar body extends into the sleeve, the vacuum pump draws out the air in the mason jar body and the sleeve to seal the mason jar body and the circular lid. The disclosure can seal the mason jar by the self-contained vacuum pump, and seal the mason jars of different diameters.

Abstract: A low-heat-loss operation method of a line-focusing heat collection system and the line-focusing heat collection system are provided. The method includes the following steps. Solar energy is utilized to preheat a collector tube in an empty tube state, so that the collector tube is in a preheating mode. After a set preheating temperature is reached, a heat transfer working medium is injected into the collector tube. In the injection process of the heat transfer working medium, an injection section of the collector tube is converted into a focusing mode from a preheating mode. After heat collection is finished, the circulation of the heat transfer working medium is stopped, and the focusing mode of the collector tube is kept. In the drainage process of the heat transfer working medium, an emptying section of the collector tube is converted into a light heat-tracing mode from a focusing mode.

The first container body comprises a first container part, a first container wall surrounding the first container part and extending from the first container part, a partition coupled to an inner side of the first container wall and spaced apart from the first container part, a first barrel wall coupled with the partition for forming a first air-extraction port together with the partition, and a second barrel wall disposed on a side of the first barrel wall away from the partition for forming a second air-extraction port for communicating with the first air-extraction port. The first air-extraction port and the second air-extraction port are configured to seal different sizes of mason jars.
