    Abstract: A micro-robot magnetic drive device and a control method based on double closed loop three-dimensional path tracking are disclosed. The method includes: inputting a desired tracking path, obtaining current pose information of a magnetic micro-robot through a camera, and then calculating a position of a center of mass, an actual axial direction, coordinates of a desired position point with the shortest distance from the center of mass on a desired tracking path, and a tangent direction of this point; calculating a horizontal distance, a vertical distance, a direction angle error, and a pitch angle error of the two points according to the actual axial direction, the tangent direction, and disturbance compensation; and obtaining a required rotating magnetic field according to a designed position closed loop controller.

The method includes the following steps: detecting (1) an action of the operation knob in a screen locked state in real time; and starting (2) an unlocking program in response to rotation of the operation knob: calculating the rotational circumferential distance of the operation knob along the current rotational direction, determining whether the rotational circumferential distance of the operation knob reaches a preset circumferential distance, controlling the electronic device to unlock in response to the rotational circumferential distance of the operation knob reaching the preset circumferential distance, and unlocking failed and returning to step (1) in response to the rotational circumferential distance of the operation knob not reaching the preset circumferential distance.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a tissue-engineered nerve transplant and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of biomaterials and tissue engineering. By optimizing the specification of stripes, the stripes can independently induce EMSCs to differentiate to myelination cells (Schwann cells) to the maximum extent so as to obtain an EMSCs/biomaterial scaffold compound. The EMSCs/biomaterial scaffold compound can not only be used as a three-dimensional cell culture model for researching neural stem cell differentiation, nerve fiber growth and myelination molecular mechanisms in vitro, but also be used as a tissue engineering transplant for in-vivo transplantation to repair nervous system injury.
