    Abstract: An axial-flux joint motor module includes an axial flux joint motor and a two-stage planetary reducer non-driving-end. The axial flux joint motor includes a non-driving-end stator, a driving-end stator, and a rotor; the non-driving-end stator and the driving-end stator are fixed together; the axial flux joint motor adopts direct oil injection cooling for the stator winding and combined oil cooling with the stator core; the non-driving-end stator and the driving-end stator share a common oil inlet channel and oil outlet; the non-driving-end stator includes a non-driving-end cover, and the driving-end stator includes a driving-end cover; This axial-flux joint motor module reduces the number of external oil pipeline pipes and joints, simplifies the complexity of the end cover oil passage, and improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the joint motor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing cell microparticles capable of targeting Folr2+ macrophages and the prepared cell microparticles, and the method includes the following steps: S1: culturing macrophages to obtain a macrophage culture; S2: extracting cell microparticles from the macrophage culture. By extracting cell microparticles from macrophages and coupling folic acid molecules on the surface thereof, the present disclosure allows the resulting cell microparticles to target Folr2 bound to the surface of macrophages and accurately deliver drugs such as cyclophosphamide, clodronate, doxorubicin, etc. to the site of kidney injury, thereby efficiently killing nephropathogenic Folr2+ macrophages and reducing systemic nonspecific distribution. The cell microparticles of the present disclosure have the advantages of homing targeting, ease of engineering, low cytotoxicity, and low immunogenicity.

    Abstract: A method for simultaneously determining fat-soluble vitamins and carotenoids in serum, and belonging to the technical field of analytical chemistry, includes an ionic liquid (IL) or a binary mixed solvent composed of an IL and another solvent is adopted as an extractant; the biological samples are pre-treated by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and then detected by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); retinyl acetate and trans-?-apo-8?-carotenal are adopted as the internal standards for fat-soluble vitamins and carotenoids, respectively; and the internal standard method is adopted to establish standard curves for quantification based on the retention time and the UV-Vis absorption spectrum. Compared with the existing methods, in the disclosure, the pretreatment process is simple and easy to be conducted, the sample can be prepared in a short time, and the toxic and harmful organic solvent is used at a reduced amount.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a plug, which matches a corresponding socket. The plug comprises a body, a shell, a plurality of terminals and a plurality of wires. The body has a first contact surface directing to the corresponding socket, a second contact surface corresponding to the first contact surface and a plurality of terminal channels formed between the first contact surface and the second contact surface. Each terminal has a connection end that extends from the second contact surface out of the terminal channel and is accepted by the shell. On one side of the shell, the wires connect to the shell and the connection direction is vertical to the first contact surface. A gold finger board, placed in the shell, has a plurality of leads, each lead having a soldering pad connecting to the corresponding terminal at one end and having a gold finger connecting to the corresponding wire at another end. The plug of present invention provides the advantages of avoiding twisting of the wire and saving space.
