    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of new materials, and provides a dianhydride compound having a rigid alicyclic fluorine-containing structure, and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes a first step of subjecting 2,3,6,7-tetramethylanthracene-9,10-dione to a nucleophilic addition reaction, to obtain ((2,3,6,7-tetramethyl-9,10-bis(trifluoromethyl)-9,10-dihydroanthracene-9,10-diyl)bis(oxy))bis(trimethylsilicane); a second step of converting the trimethylsiloxane on the product obtained in the first step into a hydroxyl group; and a third step of replacing the hydroxyl group on the product obtained in the second step by F, Cl, CF3 or a phenyl ring, and then oxidizing and dehydrating into an anhydride to obtain a dianhydride compound.
