Abstract: The present disclosure provides a chip packaging method and a chip packaging structure. The chip packaging method includes: providing an encapsulated grain and a packaging substrate, the encapsulated grain including a first hybrid bonding structure; wherein the packaging substrate includes a front side and a back side opposite to each other; a second hybrid bonding structure is formed on the front side of the packaging substrate and a connection pin is formed on the back side of the packing substrate; the second hybrid bonding structure and the connection pin are electrically connected through a third connecting metal column penetrating the packaging substrate; and bonding together the first hybrid bonding structure of the encapsulated grain and the second hybrid bonding structure of the packaging substrate by medium-to-medium and metal-to-metal aligned bonding such that the encapsulated grain is bonded to the packaging substrate.

Abstract: Creating a report from a radiological image using an electronic report template, the radiological image being an image of an anatomic region and the report template initially having empty fields includes displaying the radiological image on a screen of a workstation; providing a structural template, the structural template being a map of a reference region that corresponds to the anatomical region, t structural template identifying a plurality of anatomical landmarks each associated with corresponding landmark data; fitting the structural template with the radiological image such that the anatomical landmarks match corresponding anatomical landmarks of the radiological image; using the fitting to generate pathological data indicative of a pathology in one or more of the anatomical landmark and using the landmark data and pathological data to populate the empty field of the report template to thereby create the report.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for reviewing at a mobile device patient information residing on a server, the method comprising the steps of receiving a message pushed from the server, the message having a resource identifier associated with the patient information, retrieving the patient information from the server using the resource identifier, displaying at least part of the retrieved patient information on a screen of the mobile device, reviewing the displayed patient information to obtain a comment, and uploading the comment to the server. Also disclosed is a mobile device for reviewing patient information according to the disclosed method.
