    Abstract: A method to offload network function packet processing from a virtual machine onto an offload destination is disclosed. In an embodiment, a method comprises: defining an application programing interface (“API”) for capturing, in a packet processor offload, a network function packet processing for a data flow by specifying how to perform the network function packet processing on data packets that belong to the data flow. Based on capabilities of the packet processor offload and available resources, a packet processing offload destination is selected. Based at least on the API, the packet processor offload for the packet processing offload destination is generated. The packet processor offload is downloaded to the packet processing offload destination to configure the packet processing offload destination to provide the network function packet processing on the data packets that belong to the data flow. The packet processing offload destination is a PNIC or a hypervisor.

    Abstract: A design method for an outer contour structure of a tire capable of reducing tire wind resistance, including the following steps: step 1, establishing an initial tire model; step 2, building an tire aerodynamic drag calculation model; step 3, designing a testing scheme using tire five contour parameters; step 4, building a function relationship between tire five outer contour parameters and an aerodynamic drag coefficient values, and verifying the accuracy of the function relationship; and step 5, obtaining tire five outer contour parameters when the aerodynamic drag coefficient value is smallest by using an optimization algorithm. The design method effectively avoids the blindness problem in the design process of the tire outer contour structure and can effectively reduce the design cycle number of the tire outer contour structure, thereby improving the improvement efficiency, meanwhile, it is benefit to reduce tire aerodynamic drag and improve vehicle economy and reduce harmful emissions.

    Abstract: The optimal construction quantity and site selection scheme of EV charging stations includes A parking points generated through simulation that acquires parking coordinates within city sub-regions based on relevant EV parameters and quantity q of charging stations to be constructed in the city. The target charging station is chosen and the selection model compiles constraint conditions for traveling balance and reserves site selection plans. Among site selection plans that satisfy constraint conditions, the user choses the construction quantity of charging stations with the lowest construction cost and determines the optimal site selection plan. The method to plan the optimal construction quantity and site selection scheme of EV charging stations as disclosed can effectively determine the optimal construction quantity and site selection plan for EV charging stations within a city.

The design method of the belt drum of the tire molding machine effectively controls the cords elongation of the belt. In addition, the problem of uneven force in the cords of the belt is eliminated, which dispels the abnormal flow of the wide-base tire shoulder rubber to the center of the crown during the shaping process, thus improving the durability and operability of the tire.

When making a decision on each symbol of the user, calculating reliability coefficient of a decision result on the symbol of the user according to the weighting algorithm based on Bayes rule; weighting regenerated signal of the symbol of the user with the reliability coefficient. During process of MAI estimating and removing, obtaining the MAI on the expected user from weighted regenerated signal of other users in chip level; and then setting a weight value, weighting the MAI with the weight value. Finally, removing weighted MAI from received signal, which means partially removing MAI produced by other users on the expected user.

    Abstract: In a method for parallel interference cancellation (PIC) in a mobile communication system, every user signal is processed through multiple stages of PIC to remove multiple address interference (MAI) partly. In any middle stage and final stage, multipath de-spread is made for output signal of last stage to obtain a multipath de-spread result of this stage. The multipath de-spread result of this stage and that of the last stage of a user are combined to obtain a combined multipath de-spread result, which is sent to next stage when it is in a middle stage. Channel estimation and multipath combination are made based on the combined multipath de-spread result to obtain an output of the user. A PIC device is provided for the method. The method and the PIC device may raise SNR of the de-spread result of each user.
