    Abstract: An electronic device includes: a battery, a mainboard, and a housing. The battery is connected to the mainboard, the mainboard is provided with a first controller, the battery and the mainboard are installed in a cavity of the housing, and the housing includes a rear cover. The rear cover includes an electrochromic layer, the electrochromic layer is connected to the mainboard, the first controller is configured to control whether to power on the electrochromic layer, and a color displayed on the electrochromic layer when the electrochromic layer is powered on is different from a color displayed when the electrochromic layer is not powered on. The rear cover can change, by controlling a power-on and power-off status of the electrochromic layer, a color displayed on the electrochromic layer, and further change a color displayed on the rear cover, without changing a decorative film.

    Abstract: The ligand for VISTA is identified (VSIG3) as well as the use of this ligand and receptor interaction in the identification or synthesis of a VSIG3 agonist or antagonist compounds, preferably antibodies, polypeptides and fusion proteins which agonize or antagonize the effects of VSIG3 and/or VISTA and/or the VSIG3/VISTA interaction. These antagonists may be used to suppress VSIG3/VISTA's suppressive effects on T cell immunity, and more particularly used in the treatment of cancer, or infectious disease. These agonist compounds may be used to potentiate or enhance VSIG3/VISTA's suppressive effects on T cell immunity and thereby suppress T cell immunity, such as in the treatment of autoimmunity, allergy or inflammatory conditions. Screening assays for identifying these agonists and antagonist compounds are also provided.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a middle frame, a battery cover, and an electronic device. The electronic device may include a mobile or fixed terminal with an edge frame or a housing, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a handheld computer, a walkie-talkie, a netbook, a POS machine, a personal digital assistant (PDA), an event data recorder, a wearable device, a virtual reality device, a wireless USB flash drive, a Bluetooth speaker/headset, or a vehicle-mounted device. Two types of materials: ceramics and plastic, are used to form a middle frame and a battery cover, thereby reducing a weight of the electronic device. This resolves a problem that is of a relatively large weight of an existing electronic device and that is caused when a pure ceramic middle frame and a pure ceramic battery cover are used in the electronic device.
