Abstract: Provided are a method and device for coding an image, a method and device for decoding an image. The method for coding the image includes that: coding mode parameters and parameter groups of one coding block are divided into multiple types of coding mode parameters and parameter groups corresponding to the multiple types of coding mode parameters according to a specified rule respectively; Quantization Parameters (QPs) included in the multiple types of coding mode parameters are determined according to a preset target bit rate; a QP of the coding block is determined according to reconstruction quality for the coding block; a coding mode parameter to be used is selected from the multiple types of coding mode parameters according to the QP of the coding block, a parameter group corresponding to the selected coding mode parameter is set, and a QP difference is calculated; and the coding mode parameter, the parameter group used by the coding block and the QP difference are written into a video bitstream.

Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for decoding a Picture Order Count (POC), and a method and a device for coding a POC, and electronic equipment. The method for decoding the POC includes that: parameters for Most Significant Bit (MSB) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) used in an alignment operation on the POC are acquired; an MSB value and an LSB value of a POC value of a current picture are determined according to the parameters for MSB and LSB; and the POC value of the current picture is calculated according to the MSB value and the LSB value. By means of the technical solution, the problems in the related art that the accuracy in decoding and outputting a multilayer video bitstream cannot be ensured and an extra overhead of network resources is increased in multilayer video coding and decoding processes are solved.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and device for coding an image and a method and device for decoding an image. The coding includes that: a coding block is partitioned into L micro-blocks, wherein L is a preset number of micro-block partitions in the decoding block; Displacement Vectors (DVs) between the micro-blocks and reference micro-blocks in a preset reconstructed pixel sample set are determined, wherein the DVs are vectors between pixel positions of the reference micro-blocks and pixel positions of the micro-blocks in a preset pixel coordinate system; and the DVs are coded and written into a bitstream. By the methods and the devices, the problem of low image compression and decompression efficiency during image coding and decoding in the related technology is solved, and the effect of improving image coding and decoding efficiency is further achieved.

Abstract: The present invention provides an image compression method and device. When a coding block is coded, first, second and third reconstructed reference pixel sample sets, of which position labels are not intersected, are searched to obtain one or more optimal fixed-width variable-length pixel sample matching strings according to a preset evaluation criterion. Each matching string is represented by a matching distance and a matching length. For a sample of which a match is not found, a pseudo matching sample is calculated from an adjacent sample. Matching string searching may be performed in a pixel component plane only, and may also be performed in a three-component individually intersected pixel space in a packed format. Optional quantization or transformation-quantization coding, predictive coding, differential coding and entropy coding are further executed on the matching distance, the matching length and a matching residual.

Abstract: Provided are a bitstream generation method and apparatus, a bitstream processing method and apparatus, and a system. The bitstream generation method includes that: it is judged whether it is needed to execute a Picture Order Count (POC) alignment operation on an entire bitstream and/or a part of the bitstream according to an application requirement; and identification and control information is written into the bitstream according to a judgment result, wherein the identification and control information includes: information indicating whether to execute the POC alignment operation on the entire bitstream and/or a part of the bitstream. The flexibility in bitstream control can be improved.

Abstract: Provided are a method for synchronously playing a multimedia content, an address book server, an address book client, a terminal and an address book system. The method comprises: an address book server interacts with a first address book client in a first terminal to acquire information about a multimedia application that currently is in an active state in the first terminal; and the address book server sends the information about the multimedia application to a second address book client in a second terminal, so as to enable the second address book client to synchronously play the content of the multimedia application in the second terminal according to the information about the multimedia application. The disclosure solves the problem of how to dynamically present, through an address book, multimedia content being watched by other users, and achieves an affect of improving the user experience.

Abstract: Provided are a method and system for processing associated content, the method includes: when multimedia is played, buffering some or all of data in the multimedia; receiving a request, wherein the request is configured to request to acquire content associated with the buffered data; acquiring a keyword according to the buffered data; according to the keyword, obtaining the associated content retrieved, and sending the associated content. Through the disclosure, the problem that associated content in which a user is interested fails to be generated in the related art is solved, and it is realized to generate the associated content according to a request of the user, and user experience is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and devices for coding and decoding depth information, which relate to a Three-Dimensional Video (3DV) coding technology. The coding method includes: arranging all elements in a DLT in an ascending order of values, wherein the DLT is a data structure representing depth numerical values by index numbers; coding a value of a first element in the DLT, and writing the bits of the value into a bitstream; and coding a differential value between a value of each of the other elements except the first element in the DLT and a value of an element with an index number smaller than an index number of the each of other elements in the DLT respectively, and writing the value of the differential value into the bitstream. The method for decoding depth information and related coding and decoding devices are also provided. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, efficiency of coding and decoding depth information is improved, and resource occupation during depth information coding is reduced.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method, system and device for coding and decoding depth information, and the method includes: data in original Depth Look-up Tables (DLTs) of selected views are combined to establish a unified DLT, a value of the number of elements in the unified DLT and each element in the unified DLT are coded respectively and a coded value and each coded element are transmitted to a decoder; and depth information of each view is coded by taking the unified DLT as a whole or in portions and coded depth information of each view is transmitted to the decoder.

Abstract: A coding method applied to HEVC-based 3DVC is provided in the example of the present document, which includes: in the HEVC-based 3DVC, before a parent prediction unit (PU) corresponding to a coding unit (CU) of a depth image is predicted, judging whether the parent PU meets a preset condition, if the parent PU meets the preset condition, evaluating only traditional intra modes of high efficiency video coding (HEVC) when the parent PU is coded, and if the parent PU does not meet the preset condition, evaluating the traditional intra modes of the HEVC and depth modeling modes (DMM) predictions when the parent PU is coded. A coding device applied to HEVC-based 3DVC is also provided in the example of the present document. In the example of the present document, by reducing the evaluated prediction modes, a coding speed is increased.

Abstract: A Personal Area Network (PN) management method is disclosed. The method includes that a PN manager is set for a PN to manage the PN. Correspondingly, a PN system is disclosed. By the method and system, a user can set a PN manager and managed PN equipment of his/her own PN according to his/her own needs, and when a large amount of equipment exists in the PN, some PN equipment in the PN can be conveniently, rapidly and effectively managed through the PN manager.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for sending media data. The method is realized by providing a media substitute node between a sender and a receiver. The method comprises: a media substitute node receives an original media data stream from a sender; the media substitute node acquires substitute data for substituting for the original media data stream within a designated interval; the media substitute node converts the format of the acquired substitute data into a media format which conforms to a media parameter of the original media data stream; and the media substitute node sends the converted substitute data to the receiver within the designated interval. The technical solution provided in the disclosure is adopted to solve the technical problems in the related art, such as the reduction in communication efficiency due to the need for re-negotiating a media parameter between substitute data and original media data.

Abstract: Methods for transmitting and receiving multimedia video data and a device thereof are disclosed to improve multimedia video data playout quality. The transmitting method comprises: configuring different data channels for key frame data and non-key frame data, and configuring a larger bandwidth for the key frame data channel than that for the non-key frame data channel; when transmitting the data to a receiving end, bearing the key frame data and the non-key frame data on different data channels to transmit according to the configuration. The receiving method comprises: sending a resource request to a source end; establishing multiple data channels with the source end according to the configuration content fed back by the source end; receiving the key frame data and the non-key frame data on different data channels; merging and outputting the received key and non-key frame data.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method, system and user device for obtaining a key frame in a streaming media service. The method includes: setting a threshold time for receiving a key frame, receiving video data by a client from a streaming media server, and analyzing the video data, when the network state is normal, sending a request for adjusting a video key frame generating frequency to the streaming media server if a video key frame is not received by the client in the threshold time; when the request is received, the streaming media server determines whether to adjust the video key frame generating frequency, if so, then adjusts the video key frame generating frequency according to the request of the client. The application of the invention can improve the quality of the streaming media service, and advance the experience level of the streaming media service.

Abstract: With a method, apparatus and system for determining a terminal state, that a network side considers that a terminal is in an offline state by mistake can be avoided. The method includes: judging that no location update initiated by the terminal is received when a reachable timer corresponding to the terminal is expired, then sending paging message to the terminal, and triggering the terminal to initiate an interaction process with a network side to determine the terminal state. The apparatus comprises a judgment module, a sending module, and a state determination module. By adopting the method, apparatus and system, the network side can timely acquire the state of an MTC terminal, and will not consider that the terminal is in the offline state and delete the mobility context of the terminal by mistake.

Abstract: An embodiment of the disclosure discloses a method for personal-network based seamless handover, wherein when a personal network gateway receives a service handover request or needs to hand over a service, a target personal network device is selected; and when the target personal network device agrees to perform a service handover, the service handover from an original personal network device to the target personal network device is performed. An embodiment of the disclosure further discloses a device for personal-network based seamless handover, wherein a target selecting unit is configured to select a target personal network device; and a service handover unit is configured to perform a service handover from an original personal network device to the target personal network device when the target personal network device agrees to perform the service handover.
