    Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for decoding a Picture Order Count (POC), and a method and a device for coding a POC, and electronic equipment. The method for decoding the POC includes that: parameters for Most Significant Bit (MSB) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) used in an alignment operation on the POC are acquired; an MSB value and an LSB value of a POC value of a current picture are determined according to the parameters for MSB and LSB; and the POC value of the current picture is calculated according to the MSB value and the LSB value. By means of the technical solution, the problems in the related art that the accuracy in decoding and outputting a multilayer video bitstream cannot be ensured and an extra overhead of network resources is increased in multilayer video coding and decoding processes are solved.

By the methods and the devices, the problem of low image compression and decompression efficiency during image coding and decoding in the related technology is solved, and the effect of improving image coding and decoding efficiency is further achieved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an image compression method and device. When a coding block is coded, first, second and third reconstructed reference pixel sample sets, of which position labels are not intersected, are searched to obtain one or more optimal fixed-width variable-length pixel sample matching strings according to a preset evaluation criterion. Each matching string is represented by a matching distance and a matching length. For a sample of which a match is not found, a pseudo matching sample is calculated from an adjacent sample. Matching string searching may be performed in a pixel component plane only, and may also be performed in a three-component individually intersected pixel space in a packed format. Optional quantization or transformation-quantization coding, predictive coding, differential coding and entropy coding are further executed on the matching distance, the matching length and a matching residual.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods and devices for coding and decoding depth information, which relate to a Three-Dimensional Video (3DV) coding technology. The coding method includes: arranging all elements in a DLT in an ascending order of values, wherein the DLT is a data structure representing depth numerical values by index numbers; coding a value of a first element in the DLT, and writing the bits of the value into a bitstream; and coding a differential value between a value of each of the other elements except the first element in the DLT and a value of an element with an index number smaller than an index number of the each of other elements in the DLT respectively, and writing the value of the differential value into the bitstream. The method for decoding depth information and related coding and decoding devices are also provided. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, efficiency of coding and decoding depth information is improved, and resource occupation during depth information coding is reduced.

A coding device applied to HEVC-based 3DVC is also provided in the example of the present document. In the example of the present document, by reducing the evaluated prediction modes, a coding speed is increased.
