    Abstract: The present invention provides a transcription factor NCgl0581 mutant and use thereof in L-serine detection, belonging to the technical field of biological detection. According to the present invention, key binding sites of the transcription factor NCgl0581 with L-serine are obtained through molecular docking, and further model analysis and virtual screening are carried out to obtain an L-serine biosensor mutant NCgl0581E136P. Experiments show that the biosensor constructed based on the mutant NCgl0581E136P can respond to 25 mM serine, which is half of the response concentration before the mutation. The present invention reduces the detection limit of the biosensor through mutation, lays a foundation for the detection of low-concentration L-serine, and has good application value and prospect.

    Abstract: A device for measuring a thermal conductivity of high-temperature and high-pressure liquid is provided and includes a probe and a liquid flow channel, the probe radially penetrates through the liquid flow channel, both ends of the probe extend out of the liquid flow channel and are connected to a control system via wires; the control system includes a power supply, a voltmeter, an ammeter, a thermocouple and a flowmeter, which are used for energizing the probe, measuring voltage at both ends of the probe, measuring current flowing through the probe, measuring temperature of and a flow velocity of the liquid, respectively. A measuring method is further provided. The device and the method for measuring the thermal conductivity of high-temperature and high-pressure liquid utilize a principle of heat balance and characteristics of liquid sweeping across a circular tube for measurement when the liquid enters a fully developed section.

A construction method of the pole yurt framing structure system uses assembly technology. The composite wooden poles with the same specifications are prefabricated by the factory, which are assembled on site to form the pole orthogonally stacked wooden rib structures. Finally, the pole yurt framing can be obtained. The technical scheme reduces the production and design cost, and reduces environment pollution caused by the construction.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a fluid-driven impactor, a power transmission mechanism for the impactor and the use of the impactor. In the prior art, the working life of the impactor is short, since a rubber primary seal and an upper fluid-diverging lid for the fluid-driven impactor are both liable to erosion and the efficiency in transmitting power is low due to the complexity of the power transmission mechanism. In order to increase the drilling speed and/or extend the life of the impactor, the side cavity passage is formed in such a way that the inner wall of the outer pipe is isolated from the side cavity passage in a watertight manner without the use of the rubber primary seal. The loss in transmitting power is minimized by integrating the anvil of the power transmission mechanism and the lower joint.
