Abstract: The present invention provides a method for controlling an electronic device and an authentication method for controlled electronic device resources; the method for controlling an electronic device includes the following steps: receiving the electronic device control information from the client, by the streaming media server, wherein, the electronic device control information is included in the initial line, header field, message body in the network control protocol, or an combo including the initial line, header field, and message body; parsing out the electronic device control information from the initial line, header field, message body, or the combo including any combination of the initial line, header field, and message body, by the streaming media server; controlling the electronic device according to the control information. The streaming media server includes a receiving unit, a parsing unit, and a control unit, or it includes a receiving unit, a parsing unit, and an authenticating unit.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for sending a push message is provided. The method includes: comparing a content length of a content of a push message received from a push message initiator with a matching condition, wherein the matching condition comprising a maximum message length threshold specifying a maximum length allowed for the content of the push message; determining whether the content length of the content of the push message exceeds the maximum message length threshold; and sending the content of the push message to a push receiving agent of a terminal when the content length of the content of the push message does not exceed the maximum message length threshold.

Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus for processing a service message with multiple terminals are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a request message from a terminal, where the request message carries request information of the terminal; and sending a service message to the terminal according to the request information. When a user has multiple terminals, the PPG selects a specific terminal for receiving an incoming service according to the SUBSCRIBE request of the terminal and the terminal request information carried in the SUBSCRIBE request. When a service arrives, the service message is sent to the selected terminal, thus avoiding sending of the service message to all terminals of the user.

Abstract: The present invention relates to processing that a single-card dual-standby terminal establishes a packet switch (PS) connection. In embodiments of the present invention, a single-card dual-standby terminal initiates a data service connection request through a currently used access network, and a packet switch core network performs processing on the data service connection request of the terminal according to a network resource and a data service requested by the terminal, so that a PS connection bearer of the single-card dual-standby terminal is established on a proper network, thereby fully utilizing an existing network resource and reducing electric energy consumption of a single-card dual-standby terminal.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to the field of mobile device positioning technologies, and discloses a method and a wireless access device for implementing a positioning service for a mobile device. The method includes: acquiring, through a wireless communication connection, a positioning request sent by a mobile device; acquiring location information of the wireless access device; acquiring positioning service information of the mobile device according to its own location information and the positioning request; and returning the positioning service information to the mobile device through the wireless communication connection, so that the mobile device receives and presents the positioning service information. The technical solutions can implement a positioning service for the mobile device without modifying software of the mobile device.

Abstract: A method for receiving data, a method for sending data, a mobile terminal, and a server are disclosed. The method includes: when an application program on a mobile terminal is switched to a background, sending, by the mobile terminal, a first message to a push server, so that the push server sends a second message to an application server, where the second message is used to instruct the application server to send, when there is data that needs to be sent to the mobile terminal, the data to the push server, and the application server serves the application program; and receiving, by the mobile terminal, the data sent by the push server. Through the present invention, the mobile terminal does not need not maintain a heartbeat connection to the application server, thereby reducing signaling overhead of the mobile terminal and reducing energy consumption.

Abstract: A calling method for performing a video phone call including: establishing a bearer of a video phone call between a calling terminal and a Multimedia Ring Back Tone (MRBT) device; playing, by the MRBT device, a MRBT to the calling terminal via the bearer between the calling terminal and the MRBT device; sending, by a MSC server of the calling terminal, a prompt message to the calling terminal; removing the bearer between the calling terminal and the MRBT device upon receiving the prompt message; establishing another bearer of the video phone call between the calling terminal and a called terminal; and performing a video phone call communication between the calling terminal and the called terminal via the bearer between the calling terminal and the called terminal. The present invention also provides the corresponding systems, thereby realizing the Multimedia Ring Back Tone service of a video phone call.

In a cell access processing method, an access request message is sent by a terminal. The access request message includes identification information of the terminal. A CSG information request message is sent to a CSG subscription information server of a roaming network. The CSG information request message includes the identification information of the terminal. A CSG information response message is sent by the CSG subscription information server according to the CSG information request message. The CSG information response message includes CSG information corresponding to the identification information of the terminal. Access control is performed on the terminal according to the CSG information.

The method includes (1) receiving an instruction, for changing the status of a packet switched domain, sent from a first terminal, wherein the changing of the status of the packet switched domain includes activating the packet switched domain or modifying a parameter of the packet switched domain where a second terminal is currently located and (2) changing the status of the packet switched domain according to the instruction. The method includes: receiving an SG that includes first access information, access association information, and second access information; receiving media corresponding to the first access information, where the media corresponding to the first access information supports a service or content; and when switching is performed, determining the second access information according to the access association information, and accessing media corresponding to the second access information, where the media corresponding to the second access information also supports the service or content. With the embodiments of the present invention, the smooth transition of the service or content can be ensured when bearer resources are switched, thus the user experience is enhanced.
