    Abstract: The present disclosure herein discloses a preparation method of a polyurethane-based nano-silver SERS substrate, belongs to the technical field of Raman spectrums, and aims to solve problems of complex preparation process, low sensitivity and the like of SERS substrates. The method uses solidified polyurethane as a skeleton, and the polyurethane adsorbs nano silver particles onto its surface due to a porous surface structure and adsorptivity, so an SERS substrate with crystal violet as a probe molecule and having a limit of detection as low as 10?10 M is obtained. The SERS substrate prepared by the method has a large surface area, adsorbs a large number of target molecules, and is easy to prepare, high in sensitivity, and conducive to qualitative and quantitative analysis of SERS.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for protection against fretting fatigue by compound modification via laser shock peening and coating lubrication, where a group of micro-pits distributed into a regular array is firstly formed in a surface of a metal material by using laser shock peening, with a single micro-pit having a diameter of 1 to 10 mm and a depth of 1 to 20 ?m; and the micro-pits are then coated with a lubricant by coating preparation. Based on the micro-pit styling feature and surface residual compressive stress introducing feature of the laser shock peening, with compound modification by surface texturing via the laser shock peening and coating lubrication, the surface of the material can be reinforced by residual compressive stress, coating lubrication and surface micro-pit texturing with a synergistic effect, thus allowing for improved fretting fatigue behavior of the material.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a video distribution timeliness determining method and an apparatus. A specific implementation scheme is: parsing a video to be distributed to obtain video-related information of the video to be distributed; determining a timeliness period of the video to be distributed according to the video-related information, where the timeliness period is used to indicate an effective duration corresponding to the video to be distributed; and determining timeliness end time of the video to be distributed according to initial time of the video to be distributed and the timeliness period. Compared with the prior art, it does not dependent on timeliness labeling experience of a reviewer. Therefore, it is not interfered by subjective factors of the reviewer, and a labeling quality is stable. In addition, there is no need to train the reviewer, which saves manpower and material resources and also improves a determining efficiency of video timeliness.

    Abstract: An RRAM device is disclosed, having reduced area without increased performance variation, formed by employing a bounded filament formation region in which an oxide layer is thinner and an implanted ion concentration is higher than in a peripheral region of the oxide layer surrounding the bounded filament formation region. Filament formation is controlled to occur in a bounded region having a reduced area by thinning the oxide layer in the bounded region to increase an electric field strength in the bounded region. Defects in the bounded region are subject to greater force from the electric field than defects in the peripheral region. By implanting additional mobile ions or other ion species in the bounded region by an accurately controlled process, a higher concentration of defects is introduced into the bounded region to promote filament formation. Memory elements based on the RRAM device are formed at higher density and lower cost.

    Abstract: A metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) resistive random access memory (RRAM) (MIS RRAM) device and MIS RRAM bit cell circuit are disclosed. A RRAM bit cell includes a RRAM device that can store a memory state and an access transistor to control access to the RRAM device. The RRAM device stores data as an electrical resistance formed in an oxide layer by applying a voltage differential between the top and bottom electrodes through the access transistor to generate an electric field in the oxide layer. This structure is similar to a metal gate formed over a channel region of a transistor. Forming the bottom electrode of the MIS RRAM device in a semiconductor structure may allow the dimensions of the electrodes of the MIS RRAM device to be scaled down to the dimensions of a transistor gate, because the MIS RRAM device structure can be fabricated with the transistor in a compatible process.
