Abstract: A hinge device and a foldable container are provided. The hinge device comprises a fixed hinge, a movable hinge, a flipping pedal and a locking assembly pivotally connected to the fixed hinge between locking and releasing positions. The locking assembly comprises a bracket and a locking block movably clamped therein. The locking block in the locking position is pushed by the movable hinge when it pivots from a horizontal position to a vertical position relative to the fixed hinge, so that the movable hinge in the vertical position is at least partially located below the locking block in the locking position. The movement of the movable hinge is blocked by the locking block when the movable hinge pivots from the vertical position to the horizontal position. The locking assembly can be driven to pivot from the locking position to the releasing position by operating the flipping pedal.

Abstract: Disclosed an ink jet printing paper and a coating color used in preparing the paper, and associated methods for manufacturing the paper and its coating. The coating comprises the following components as raw materials: an anionic pigment, an adhesive and a cationic polymer, wherein the adhesive comprises a silane-modified polyvinyl alcohol. In the inventive ink jet printing paper coating, the raw material cost can be relatively low, the coating color solids content can reach 50% in many embodiments, and the coating can have a good water-retaining property. It can be suitable for large-scale production. In ink jet printing, it can give clear images with high color density, and can meet demanding requirements for high speed commercial ink jet printing.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a system for performing balance adjustment on egress traffic of an SDN-based IDC network are disclosed, to resolve a technical problem that balance adjustment cannot be performed on egress traffic of an IDC network. The method includes: sending group information of at least one AS group to an SDN controller, where the group information is used by the SDN controller to generate an AS filtering policy and deliver the AS filtering policy to a DPE; obtaining AS traffic information that is obtained by the DPE through statistics collection according to the AS filtering policy; generating a traffic adjustment policy according to the AS traffic information, where the traffic adjustment policy is used to instruct to adjust traffic of a destination AS group to a destination egress link; and sending the traffic adjustment policy to the SDN controller.
