Abstract: A display device, a display substrate, and a manufacturing method of the display substrate. The display substrate includes a display region. The display region includes a transparent display region, and the transparent display region includes a first base and a plurality of first sub-pixels on the first base. Each of the first sub-pixels includes: a first electrode; a first pixel-defining layer disposed on the first electrode, the first-pixel defining layer being provided with an opening; a first light-emitting material layer disposed in the opening of the pixel-defining layer; and a second electrode disposed on the first light-emitting material layer. Further, a plurality of isolation pillars are provided on the first pixel-defining layer and configured to separate the second electrodes of adjacent first sub-pixels, the isolation pillar is T-shaped, and the isolation pillar is an integrally formed structure.

The first substrate is part of a light-transmitting substrate and includes first pixel regions and first non-pixel regions alternately distributed. The first sub-pixels are disposed in the first pixel regions, and each include, from bottom to top, a first electrode, a first light-emitting structure layer, and a second electrode. The first pixel definition layer is disposed in the first non-pixel regions and provided with openings. The partition layers are disposed in the first non-pixel regions, and each include a first section disposed on the first pixel definition layer and a second section suspended above a corresponding opening to partition second electrodes of adjacent first pixel regions.
