    Abstract: A control method and control device for link switching is disclosed. The control method includes (i) receiving a current coded signal from a main data link, the current coded signal containing coded application data, (ii) decoding the current coded signal to determine signal quality, (iii) evaluating a historical coded signal transmitted via the main data link, and (iv) and determining, on the basis of the signal quality and an evaluation result of the historical coded signal, whether to switch to an auxiliary data link to receive the application data.

    Abstract: A sensor for at least detecting steering torque of a steel steering column includes a magnetic field generating element which is configured to generate a magnetic field. The magnetic field penetrates the steering column so as to magnetize a steel material thereof. The sensor also includes a magnetic field detection element which is configured to detect a magnetic field change caused by a magnetoelastic effect of the magnetized steel material of the steering column when the steering column is subjected to torque stress. An output signal of the magnetic field detection element characterizes steering torque. The sensor also includes a base plate bearing the magnetic field generating element and the magnetic field detection element. The base plate is spaced from and separate from the steel steering column. The magnetic field generating element and the magnetic field detection element are directly mounted on the base plate.

    Abstract: A torque sensor includes an input rotation component, which rotates with a steering column input shaft and is provided with a first conducting part, an output rotation component which rotates with a steering column output shaft and is provided with a second conducting part, and an electromagnetic carrier positioned in a positionally fixed manner and provided with a magnetic field generating component and a magnetic field detection component. The magnetic field generating component generates a magnetic field penetrating the first conducting part and the second conducting part, the magnetic field detection component detects a change in the magnetic field caused by a change in the positions of the first and second conducting parts in the magnetic field when the steering column is under torsional stress, and the steering torque is determined on the basis of the detected change in the magnetic field.
