Abstract: Provided is a new-type cis-replicon construct for efficiently expressing a target protein, which comprises an RNA polymerase coding unit and a target protein coding unit. The replicon construct can drive the replication of the target protein coding unit and reduce or avoid the replication and expression of the RNA polymerase, thereby effectively improving the expression of the target protein and reducing the expression of the non-target protein.

Abstract: A lost circulation detection device includes a first detection member and a second detection member, a first signal transmitter and a first signal receiver are disposed on the first detection member, and the first signal transmitter transmits a signal along an axial direction of a rockshaft so that the first signal receiver acquires data information of drilling fluid in the axial direction of the rockshaft; a fluid channel penetrating through the second detection member is disposed in the second detection member, and the fluid channel is configurable to be in communication with the rockshaft; a second signal transmitter and a second signal receiver are disposed oppositely on two sides of the fluid channel, and the second signal transmitter transmits a signal along a center line of a second accommodating groove, so that the second signal receiver acquires data information of drilling fluid in a circumferential direction of the rockshaft.

Abstract: Provided are a vacuum assisted resin infusion protection coating, system and method for a permanent magnet motor rotor. The vacuum assisted resin infusion protection coating comprises a reinforcing phase, demoulding cloth, and a flow guide net which are laid on the surface of a magnetic pole of a rotor in sequence, wherein one end part of a resin infusion pipeline and one end part of an air suction pipe are respectively fixed on the exterior of the flow guide net, the rotor is hermetically connected to a vacuum isolation film, and the vacuum isolation film covers the reinforcing phase, the demoulding cloth, the flow guide net, the end part of the resin infusion pipeline, and the one end part of the air suction pipe.
