    Abstract: Disclosed is a pixel circuit arranged in a display substrate, which comprises a first driving mode and a second driving mode. Content displayed in the display substrate comprises multiple display frames. In the first driving mode and the second driving mode, the display frames comprise refresh frames. A signal of a second scanning line is the same as that of a third scanning line. The time of which the signal of the second scanning line is an active level signal comprises a first refresh time period, a second refresh time period and a third refresh time period, which sequentially occur at intervals. During the second refresh time period, a signal of a first scanning line is an inactive level signal. The voltage of a signal at a reset voltage end is a positive voltage, and the voltage of a signal at a first initial voltage end is a negative voltage.

The novel highly robust underwater optical communication system realizes highly robust underwater optical communication under strong interference of sunlight and artificial light sources. The system uses a new physical method irrelevant to frequency, and can be used with existing MIMO and CDMA to obtain better communication effects. The circularly polarized light is used for signal transmission, thereby avoiding the problem of channel misalignment caused by the rotation of a platform underwater. At the same time, good polarization maintaining of a marine environment makes the signal characteristics difficult to lose.

In at least one embodiment of the invention, a method comprises the steps of providing a network of linked identity records, each identity record comprising identity related information; receiving an identity record comprising identity related information of the entity; linking the received identity record with at least one of the identity records in the network of linked identity records, quantifying a plurality of linked identity records related to the entity; and generating a credit rating for the entity based on the quantified identity records. Application of the invention is particularly useful for individuals with less than a few years credit behavior recorded on a credit bureau, such as immigrants or young people with limited traditional historical information (“thin file”) and individuals with no traditional historical information (“no hit”).
