    Abstract: A first sidewall of a housing includes a first wall face and a second wall face. The first sidewall includes a penetrative mounting hole. An insulation assembly is snugly connected to the first wall face or the second wall face. A first insulator includes a penetrative first through-hole. The first through-hole communicates with the mounting hole. An electrode post is disposed in the mounting hole and the first through-hole. When a temperature in an accommodation cavity rises to a first threshold, the first insulator is melted and generates, under an action of a gas pressure in the accommodation cavity of the housing, a pressure relief channel that communicates the accommodation cavity to the outside of the housing. The insulation assembly serves functions of both insulation and pressure relief, thereby not only reducing the material cost, but also improving the energy density of the electrochemical device.

The method is a multi-interface coordinated governance and restoration method based on “control for bottom, regulation for middle and governance for top”, including: “control for bottom”—controlling the emission of sediment nutritive salts and the dormancy and recovery of algae; “regulation for middle”—regulating primary productivity in a water body to inhibit the recovery of the algae; and “governance for top”—reducing nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients of an air-water interface to control the reproduction and growth of the algae. In the present disclosure, the water body governance and restoration technology based on interface coordination can effectively inhibit the outbreak of cyanobacteria and avoid extreme conditions in the ecosystem.

The terminal post is disposed on the flat sidewall. Instead of disposing the terminal post on top of the battery, increased thickness of the battery due to the terminal post is avoided in the present disclosure. The internal space of an electrode device can be fully utilized. In addition, it can prevent the terminal post from occupying the top of the battery and decreasing the number of the electrode plates. Thus, the present disclosure can avoid the reduce of the number of the electrode plates and increase the energy density of the battery.
