When contents of the computer readable storage medium are executed by a processor, multi-photon imaging may be performed on a histopathological section containing tumor environment information, and pathological partitioning of a tumor microenvironment may be further performed through image processing. A value of each collagen feature parameters, such as a morphological feature parameter, an energy feature parameter and a texture feature parameter, may be extracted from a tumor tissue region, an invasive margin (IM) region and a normal tissue (N) region. An inter-region difference and a variation may be calculated according to feature parameters of regions. A collagen feature scoring model may be established. A collagen feature score may be calculated with the collagen feature parameters input to the model.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device for dynamic recognition of emotion based on facial muscle movement monitoring, including: obtaining muscle movement data on one side and continuous frame images on the other side; obtaining multiple emotional states related to emotions, associating each emotional state with its corresponding continuous frame images, associating each emotional state with the muscle movement data corresponding to the continuous frame images at the same location and at the same time, to form a training set, building an emotion recognition model; inputting the muscle movement data and continuous frame images obtained in real time into the emotion recognition model to obtain a corresponding emotional state. This method builds an emotion recognition model through muscle movement data and continuous frame image, and uses motion data to make up for the parts of small action images that cannot be collected, thereby obtaining accurate emotion detection results.

    Abstract: Systems and methods of a novel self-serve, customer driven data platform that can automatically unify and structure the data that comes from different sources, in order to provide well defined data for any federated learning task. This platform solves a critical problem for federated learning which usually requires multiple different data sources jointly learning one model. In the real-world scenario, the assumption that most existing federated learning frameworks have, that different data owners follow the same rule or structure to save the data, usually does not hold.     Abstract: The present invention relates to an injection-production relationship optimization method based on heterogeneous flow field characterization. The method comprises the steps of: first, calculating a density of a flow field by adopting a method of converting a linear density into a dot density; then, calculating an intensity of the flow field by adopting an analytic hierarchy process; and performing flow field characterization by utilizing mathematical methods such as PCA dimensionality reduction and clustering and calculating a product of flow line densities and intensities of flow fields in different regions of the flow field, and performing optimization for a goal of minimizing a variance of the product in combination of an genetic algorithm to solve the optimum injection-production quantity as an optimum solution (the optimum injection-production quantity) that enables the flow field to be displaced in a balanced manner.
