    Abstract: Disclosed are a genetically modified microorganism and the use thereof. The genetically modified microorganism expresses at least one, two or three exogenous genes (AMUC_1100 polypeptide, IL-10 and/or IL-22). The genetically modified microorganism can still stably survive after integrating exogenous target genes therein; and efficiently expresses and secretes proteins or polypeptides encoded by the exogenous genes in the intestinal tract, and the expressed and secreted proteins or polypeptide encoded by the exogenous genes can still have good activity. Therefore, the genetically modified microorganism is used for treating inflammatory diseases or autoimmune diseases, such as enteritis and arthritis.
