The electronic well lid based on electric control travel switch control includes a well seat in splined connection with a sliding ring. The sliding ring is provided with a well lid lifting mechanism. A garbage collection mechanism is arranged on the well seat. An arc-shaped groove is formed in the sliding ring. An anti-deviation mechanism is arranged in the arc-shaped groove of the sliding ring. Square grooves are communicated with square holes by way of arrangement of the well lid lifting mechanism and cooperation of first fixing rings and the square grooves. Thus, a drainage speed of the device is increased, pedestrians may continue to pass safely on the well lid in a drainage process of the device, and the protection effect for pedestrians in the drainage process is improved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to semiconductor processing in which an alignment mark is formed. An example is method of semiconductor processing. First and second recesses are formed in a semiconductor substrate. A conformal dielectric layer is formed in the first and second recesses and over the semiconductor substrate. A fill material is formed over the conformal dielectric layer in the first recess and over the conformal dielectric layer in the second recess. The fill material fills at least the first recess over the conformal dielectric layer. The fill material in the first and second recesses is recessed to below a top surface of the conformal dielectric layer. The recessed fill material in the first and second recesses is etched. Exposed portions of the conformal dielectric layer are etched. The second recess including the conformal dielectric layer and the recessed fill material disposed therein forms an alignment mark.

    Abstract: Techniques for bonding two disks with a minimized eccentricity (ECC) are disclosed. A positioning header includes an ECC controlling structure that further includes a positioning header. In one embodiment, the position header includes three members that form a round stand with a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the disks. The round stand expands to the inner diameter of the disks to close the gap as a result of the difference between the two diameters when the three members are caused to expand. In one embodiment, the movement of the three members is controlled by magnetic means. Depending on the positions of the ECC controlling structure, the three members are expanded from or restored to their default positions.
