Abstract: A full-face shaft tunnel boring machine system includes a tunnel boring machine cutterhead device for tunneling downwards in a shaft; a full-hydraulic formwork device for supporting and walling in a wellbore; and an upper muck-discharge system for vertically conveying rock mucks generated by tunneling. The tunnel boring machine cutterhead device comprises a vertical guide frame, a cutter-expanded boring head and an advanced cutterhead that are fixedly connected in a vertical order from top to bottom so as to form an integrated structure. The vertical guide frame is a hollow cylindrical structure and driven to rotate around an axis of the vertical guide frame by a power mechanism, and an outer wall of the vertical guide frame is provided with multiple sets of first guide rollers.

Abstract: A blade body for a centrifugal fan assemble including a blade body and an extension blade portion integral to the blade body which when installed on a mounting disc protrudes beyond the mounting disc. Also provided a centrifugal fan assembly including a plurality of fan blades installed on a mounting disc, in which each fan blade includes an extension blade portion protruding beyond the mounting disc and proximal to the driving motor. When the centrifugal fan assembly is in operation, the extension blade portion can provide cooling for the driving motor.

Abstract: A fan blade made of a solid extruded aluminum alloy having certain cross-section shapes. Also provided is a method of producing fan blade, which includes heating a portion of a stock aluminum alloy material and pushing it through an extrusion die having an aperture while drawing the extruded portion of the material. The aperture can be designed or configured so that the extruded material has a cross section suitable to be used as an impeller blade.
