The flattening portion is disposed protrusively on the feed-in guide surface, and located opposite to a tab of the electrode plate. A tab guide surface is formed on the flattening portion. Along a feed-in direction of the electrode plate, the flattening portion is at least partially located upstream of the contact region.

A current pulse flows through the spin-orbit coupling layer to generate a spin current and the spin current is injected into the ferromagnetic free layer.
