Abstract: A disease treatment system disclosed herein includes a first electronic device configured and operable to receive information about a patient, a server configured and operable to receive the information from the first electronic device over a network, a control module included in, and/or forming a part of, the server. The control module controls the server to analyze the received information and generates a draft treatment plan for the patient using the treatment plan template. Also disclosed is a second electronic device configured and operable to receive the draft treatment plan and review, revise, and/or authorize the draft treatment plan to produce a finalized treatment plan. The control module further controls the server to analyze the finalized treatment plan and generate therefrom one or more treatment plan implementation calendars each containing one or more events.

Abstract: A communications system for a remote healthcare platform comprises a central server having connected thereto a plurality of electronic devices each operated by a healthcare provider or patient making up a care unit for the patient; and a communications ruleset stored in the central server. The communications ruleset configures the communications system to control the manner in which the plurality of electronic devices communicate with each other, and the communications ruleset is specific to the care unit for the patient.
