    Abstract: A multihull ship has springs which, after each movement of the ship at sea, help the combined forces of gravity and flotation re-establish her equilibrium. This makes it possible to combine different types of spring actions, so that the hulls will have the movements best suited to the undulatory movements of the surface of the sea and best suited for achieving minimum drag.
