Abstract: A package for storing photographic processing chemicals and for filling a tank of a processing apparatus with the processing chemicals, which package contains at least two different chemicals spatially separated in chambers, characterized in that the chemicals belong to the same processing step and the package is constructed such that the various chemicals are brought into contact with one another within the package before the tank is filled with them and/or are brought into contact with one another while the tank is filled with them, is distinguished in that it offers the handling advantage of one-component concentrates without the disadvantages thereof and leads to a better reproducibility of the processing compared with the known multi-component formulations.

Abstract: A one-part photographic bleach-fixing concentrate containing an iron(III) complex salt, a thiosulphate and a sulphite, a disulphite or a sulphinic acid, remains stable if a phosphate, polyphosphate or polyphosphonate, or a nitrate or bromide is added thereto.

Abstract: A concentrated aqueous solution of a p-phenylenediamine derivative, which a) has a pH higher than 12.5, b) contains 0.4 to 1.1 mol p-phenylenediamine derivative/litre, c) contains 0.05 to 2 mol of an antioxidant/litre, d) contains at most 35% by weight of organic solvents with respect to the total solution, e) contains at most 50 mmol sulphate ions/litre and f) is single-phase, is suitable for the production of different colour developer formulations.

Abstract: A one-part colour developer concentrate which contains at least one colour developer substance, at least one antioxidant, at least one water softener, a buffer system, alkali, which concentrate contains at most 0.1 mol of sulfate ions/L, is usable for a wide range of regeneration rates and exhibits no precipitation at down to −7° C. if it is prepared as a multi-phase concentrate using organic, water-soluble solvents.

Abstract: In a process for the processing of color photographic silver halide material which has been exposed to form an image by development, bleachfixing, washing or stabilization and drying, the aqueous developer solution being free from benzyl alcohol, the pH value of the bleachfixing solution, which contains an iron(III) complex salt, being below 7 and the bleachfixing solution containing a compound corresponding to general formula (I) ##STR1## in which Z represents the atoms required to complete an optionally further substituted heterocyclic ring andR.sup.1 represents hydrogen or an alkali atom,and a coupler containing an activated methylene group, in which a hydrogen atom is replaced by alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl and reacts with the oxidation product of the color developer to form colorless reaction products, bleaching can be carried out free from residual silver with a low regeneration level of the bleachfixing bath without any water-insoluble precipitates being formed.
