    Abstract: A support structure for portable electronic devices is disclosed. The support structure includes two members that are pivotally connected. The first member includes an orthogonal section to prevent contact between the surface of first member and the surface of second member when the support structure is in the closed position. The second member is provided with a restraining flange and at least one restraint strap for securing the portable electronic device to the support structure.
