Embodiments are disclosed that comprise a connecting element 18, to connect the front blocking element and the back blocking element. Embodiments are disclosed wherein the front blocking element comprises an input aperture 16, to facilitate inputting a filler agent into the hole in the wall, through the front blocking element. Embodiments are disclosed that are operable with the connecting element travelling through the input aperture, to connect the back blocking element and the front blocking element.
