  • Patent number: 10625296
Abstract: A paint dispensing roller assembly that comprises an applicator member of an absorbent material defining an enclosed applicator member cavity. The assembly further comprises a paint dispensing member disposed at least partially within the enclosed applicator member cavity and having an outer undulating surface with an alternating plurality of ridges and valleys defining an enclosed paint mixing cavity having at least one enclosed aperture defined thereon. The paint dispensing roller assembly also includes a cantilevered mixing member disposed at least partially within the enclosed paint mixing cavity and having at least one flange projecting radially from the cantilevered mixing member. The paint dispensing roller assembly further comprises a roller body including a handle and a shell portion defining a shell cavity wherein the applicator member is partially disposed. The applicator member and paint dispensing member are operably configured to rotate 360 degrees with respect to the roller body.

  • Patent number: 10220597
Abstract: A simulated wood veneer product is disclosed. The simulated wood veneer product includes a paper substrate and an imprintable wood fiber material applied to one side of the paper substrate. The imprintable wood fiber material provides the paper substrate with depth and allows the paper to receive and retain an imprinted wood grain texture. Once imprinted, the veneer product is printed with a simulated wood grain pattern to create a realistic simulated veneer product which is referred to herein as a “bonded veneer”. The bonded veneer product can then be adhered to a structural or composite wood panel, such as an MDF panel, to create a simulated wood veneer panel which can be used in the construction of furniture products.

  • Publication number: 20120321378
Abstract: A corner joint system for fastening two perpendicular furniture panels to form a box corner includes first and second male connector rails and a female connector rail. The male connector rails each include a base having a longitudinal spline extending inwardly from an inner surface. The male connector rails are secured in adjacent relation to adjacent corner surfaces of the furniture panels such that the respective splines are arranged in adjacent perpendicular relation. The female connector rail includes a main body portion having an upper end and a lower end, and two perpendicular, longitudinal, spline channels extending upwardly through the main body portion from the lower end to the upper end. The spline channels of the female connector rail are slidably received in interfitting relation over the adjacent splines of the male connector rails to cooperatively capture the splines and interlock the rails, forming a rigid, right angle box corner.
