Abstract: Media Editing Method and Software therefor A method of viewing a sequence of media clips consisting essentially of a plurality of computer files and software for achieving the method are disclosed. A user of a local machine connected to a computer network, which may be a local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) or the wider internet uses a browser program to make a connection with a primary server on that network. The primary server hosts a database application which the user can update with media clip file location information, sequencing information, and play variables oassociated with those media clips. The media clip file locations may be locally stored on the primary server, or on any other computer connected to the network allowing the user access to files thereon.
