  • Patent number: 10527216
Abstract: A fluid delivery line assembly comprising: a valve assembly including: a fluid passageway and a valve control chamber, a valve member disposed within the fluid passageway and movable between closed and open positions, a pressure-operated member disposed in the valve control chamber and operatively connected to the valve member to maintain the valve member in the open position when pressure within the pressure control chamber is above a predetermined opening pressure; a conduit having a main conduit passageway in fluid communication with the fluid passageway of the valve assembly and a secondary conduit passageway in communication with the valve control chamber; and an end connector including a main connector passageway in fluid communication with the main conduit passageway and a secondary connector passageway in fluid communication with the main connector passageway and with the secondary conduit passageway to allow fluid from the main connector passageway to enter the valve control chamber to allow the pres

  • Patent number: 10527182
Abstract: A pressure regulator including a body having a body inlet, a body outlet and a fluid passageway defined therebetween for allowing a fluid to be dispensed therethrough, the body further including a pressure control chamber adapted to receive a control fluid at a control pressure; a valve disposed in the fluid passageway for restricting flow of the fluid through the fluid passageway; a regulating member operatively connected to the valve for adjusting the position of the valve so as to maintain the fluid in the fluid passageway at a nominal pressure; a pressure sensor disposed between the control chamber and the fluid passageway for sensing a difference between the nominal pressure and the control pressure; and a resilient shutoff member operatively connected to the valve and the pressure sensor for closing the valve when the difference between the nominal pressure and the control pressure is below a predetermined threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20160076683
Abstract: A valve assembly comprising: a body having a threaded tubular connector sized and shaped to receive a pipe having a first fluid line; a primary passageway defined through the body and the tubular connector for connection to the first fluid line; a valve disposed in the primary passageway; and a coupling assembly for sealingly connecting the pipe to the body, the coupling assembly including: an annular compression member adapted to be disposed around the pipe, the annular compression member threadingly engaging the tubular connector such that rotation of the compression member selectively moves the annular compression member axially towards and away from the body; and an O-ring seal adapted to be disposed concentrically around the pipe between the annular compression member and the body, the O-ring being compressed when the annular compression member is moved towards the body to create a seal between the pipe and the body.

  • Patent number: 9195240
Abstract: A valve assembly adapted to be used in an environment having an environment pressure includes a body having an end adapted to connect to a pipe having a first fluid line at a first pressure and a coaxial second fluid line at a second pressure. A primary passageway defined through the body is adapted to be connected to the first fluid line. A secondary passageway defined in the body is adapted to be connected to the second fluid line. A valve is disposed on the primary passageway. The valve is movable between a first position where the passageway is open and a second position where the passageway is closed in response to the second pressure in the secondary passageway. The first pressure in the primary passageway is greater than the second pressure in the secondary passageway, and the environment pressure is greater than the second pressure in the secondary passageway.
