Abstract: A facia system for use in a building structure, the facia system having first and second members, a first member having a portion thereof secured to a roof and a drip edge, a second portion being adapted to extend generally vertically and having first cooperative locking section associated therewith, the second member being a facia member which has second cooperative locking arrangement at an upper portion thereof such that when the first and second cooperative locking portions hold the facia member in position, the second member also having an inwardly extending flange arrangement to abut and adjoining soffit.

Abstract: A corner deflector for use with an eaves trough wherein the eaves trough is located proximate a valley in a roof, the deflector comprising first and second segments with a fold line separating the segments, at least one flange extending outwardly from a bottom edge of each of the segments, the flange being such as to permit securement to a gutter guard used with the eaves troughs. The deflector prevents overflow at the corners associated with roof valleys.

Abstract: A device for protecting a gutter having a rear wall, front wall and a bottom wall, the walls defining a trough there between, the device comprising a guard member having generally planar central portion with one side thereof having an inverted U-shaped configuration designed to fit over an upper marginal edge of the rear wall of the gutter while at the other side, there is provided an overflow wall. The guard and gutter are attached directly to a supporting structure by means of screws or other mechanical fastening devices.

Abstract: A device for protecting a gutter wherein the gutter has a generally C-shaped portion extending from a front wall thereof, the guard member having an elongated configuration with a generally planar central portion and first and second longitudinally extending sides on either side of the generally planar central portion, a plurality of apertures extending through the generally planar central portion, a first side of the guard member having an upwardly extending portion designed to fit within the recess, and a second side of the guard member having an upwardly extending wall designed to abut the rear wall of the gutter. The device and eaves trough may be secured by placing a fastening member through the rear upper wall of the eaves through and a second side of the guard member.
