  • Publication number: 20130224285
Abstract: The present invention presents new insights in the mechanism of action of the estrogen receptor alpha in breast cancer cells and provides means and tools for modulating said mechanisms of action, thereby influencing the proliferation of estrogen-positive cells such as cancer cells.

  • Publication number: 20080241470
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for molding a profiled bead (1) made of a plastics material composed of a plurality of components, especially of a polyurethane-based material, onto at least a peripheral part of a glazing unit (2) with the aid of at least one injection head (3), in which process said material ejected through an outlet opening (4) in the injection head (3) then penetrates into a molding cavity (5) to form said molded profiled bead, characterized in that the material ejected through said outlet opening (4) in the injection head (3) penetrates directly into said molding cavity (5).

    Publication date: October 2, 2008
Inventors: Guy Leclercq, Thierry Thuillier, Fabrice Ducreuzot
  • Publication number: 20080102237
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a profiled flexible bead (1) in a polymer material on a glazing (2) by encapsulation, the said device comprising a step of moulding, having brought at least one moulding element (3, 3?) into contact with the said glazing (2), by means of at least one sealing system (4), characterized in that at least one vent is formed inside the said sealing system (4).
    Type: Application
    Filed: September 26, 2005
    Publication date: May 1, 2008
    Applicant: SAINT-OBAIN GLASS FRANCE
    Inventors: Cyrille Ortegat, Guy Leclercq
  • Publication number: 20060237870
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for overmolding windows (1), especially curved windows for motor vehicles, by injecting a plastic or reactive material, onto at least part of the surface, especially the peripheral surface, of the window, in which a window is placed in a mold comprising at least one seal (6) defining an overmolding boundary, said seal (6) being a profiled strip inserted into a groove (8) in the mold (3) and held in place by frictional contact and/or by engagement of complementary shapes and/or adhesively bonded to at least one wall (12) of the groove (8), and having a Young's modulus of around 30 to 400 MPa. The invention also relates to a seal having these properties and to a mold fitted with the seal.

    Publication date: October 26, 2006
    Applicant: Saint-Gobain Glass France
Inventors: Frédéric Bordeaux, Romain Debailleul, Elodie Ducourthial, Guy Leclercq
  • Publication number: 20040191783
Abstract: A method and kit comprising reagents for detection and/or quantification of polynucleotide or polypeptide sequences potentially present in a sample, said sequences representing the gene expression associated with different cell phenotypes and functions and differentiating the gene expressed in cancer tissue compared to normal or reference material. The method and kit are especially suited for the identification and/or characterization of cancer tissues and for follow up of patient treatments.
