  • Patent number: 12460143
Abstract: The invention relates to a cyclic method for capturing and utilizing CO2 contained in a gas stream. The method uses three different materials, a first solid material, a second solid material and a CO2 sorbent material. In a first step a first gas stream comprising CO2 and at least one reductant is brought in contact with the three materials, resulting in an outlet stream comprising water. In a second step, the captured CO2 from the first step is released and converted to CO to produce a CO rich outlet stream. The invention further relates to an installation for capturing and utilizing CO2.

  • Patent number: 12421110
Abstract: The invention relates to a cyclic method of producing a hydrogen rich and/or a carbon monoxide rich stream using different materials, a first solid material, a second solid material and a CO2 sorbent material. In a first step a first gas stream comprising steam and at least one reductant is brought in contact with the three materials resulting in a hydrogen rich outlet stream. In a second step, the captured CO2 from the first step is released and converted to CO to produce a CO rich outlet stream. The invention further relates to an installation for producing a hydrogen rich and/or carbon monoxide rich stream.

  • Patent number: 11465116
Abstract: A device for bringing a target medium into contact with a carrier fluid comprises a chamber comprising a circumferential wall, a bottom wall and a top wall forming an enclosure for containing the target medium while contacting the carrier fluid, the chamber being substantially rotationally symmetric with respect to an axis of symmetry and adapted for remaining mechanically static in operation of the device. The device comprises a fluid inlet for injecting the carrier fluid into the chamber in a substantially tangential direction with respect to an inner surface of the circumferential wall, and an outlet. The device comprises a fluid distributor in the chamber for enabling the injected carrier fluid to pass through the distributor in a substantially inward radial direction, the distributor being substantially rotationally symmetric and adapted for rotating around the axis when driven by a transfer of momentum between the injected carrier fluid and the distributor.

  • Patent number: 5033045
Abstract: The cross-point is intended for ATD multiplexing digital information in the form of packets of fixed lengths between two buses (A-B and C-D); it is constituted by: a first shift register (RAB), a first buffer register (RTE), a RAM (MRAM), a second buffer register (RTS), a second shift register (RCD), and logic circuits constituted by decision units for packet extraction (DE) and insertion (DI), associated with decision Tables (TEX and TIN), and a management unit of the RAM (GM). Packet extractions and insertions are effected in an asynchronous manner relative to each other.
