  • Publication number: 20020109385
Abstract: The invention relates to a seat (1) for an aircraft comprising a squab (2) adjustable for inclination, a backrest (3) adjustable for inclination, a leg rest (4) adjustable for inclination, a support structure (5) for the squab (2) and the backrest (3) and a fixed rear separation shell (13), the said support structure (5) or the squab (2) being able to move in translation in a direction substantially perpendicular to the backrest (3) in the vertical position, the said seat (1) being situated in a space lying between a fixed front separation shell (12) and a fixed rear separation shell (13), the said seat extending close to the fixed rear separation shell (13) in the straight take-off and landing position (A) in which the squab (2) is substantially horizontal, the backrest (3) and the leg rest (4) being substantially vertical.

  • Publication number: 20020107468
Abstract: The invention proposes a device for measuring the pressure of blood in a pipe (44) of an extracorporeal blood circuit (42) comprising a pressure measurement section (46) having a substantially rigid wall (64) including a hole (66) which is sealed by a closure element (68), the internal face (70) of which is in contact with the blood and the external face (72) of which is in contact with the ambient air, it being possible for the closure element (68) to be elastically deformed overall along a deformation axis (A-A) under the effect of the blood pressure, characterized in that the closure element (68) is made in a single piece with the associated rigid wall (64) of the pressure measurement section (46).

  • Patent number: 4314882
Abstract: A first assembly for low-speed translational displacement and dropping of a control rod comprises a leak-tight casing tube which communicates with the reactor vessel, a screw and nut system coupled to the control rod by means of the nut and a screw-retaining device which is capable of releasing the screw. In the event of accidental failure of the casing tube, upward displacement of the control rod and of the broken portion of the casing tube is limited by a second assembly comprising means for rotational locking of the screw drive rotor and calibrated elastic means for producing action on the rotor in opposition to the vertical thrust produced by failure of the casing tube.
