  • Patent number: 6526546
Abstract: A process for locating defective elements in an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit is modelled in the form of a tree formed of nodes and oriented arcs. Measurements are performed at various nodes of the circuit by applying a sequence of tests at the input of the circuit. The nodes to be tested are determined recursively as a function of the result of the tests previously performed. Each new test node is such that the number of its ancestors is substantially equal to the number of its descendants.

  • Patent number: 6321506
Abstract: Coffee dispensing and packaging machine, comprising a container for the grained coffee and a mill for the same coffee, in which the container (7) is subdivided in a plurality of separate rooms (8, 9) containing respectively grained coffee of different types, and is joined at the lower side thereof with at least an additional container (21), subdivided in first and second room portions (28, 29; 30, 31), respectively utilized for metering the grained coffee and grinding thereof. Such first and second room portions (28, 29; 30, 31) are provided with movable gates (24, 25, 26, 27) for metering and grinding the grained coffee and a discharge conduit (41) of the ground coffee. Machine comprising also a plurality of bags (42) in which the ground coffee is introduced.

  • Patent number: 4573903
Abstract: A device suitable for molding ophthalmic lenses comprises two spaced mold parts in face-to-face relationship inside a cylindrical sleeve. One or both parts comprise a rigid supporting base, a molding die of an elastically deformable material and an intermediate pad of an incompressible elastic material disposed between the base and the die and completely covering their respective surfaces.

  • Patent number: 4345684
Abstract: An accumulator conveyor for transporting intermittent loads is disclosed. Live carrier rollers define a transport surface. A drive belt is disposed subjacent the carrier rollers and brought into friction drive contact therewith by means of pressure rotors having eccentric axes of rotation. Load sensing devices are arranged at spaced locations along the conveyor transport surface between adjacent carrier rollers. Each rotor has a housing with a cylindrical outer wall rotatably mounted about an eccentric axis and containing a pressure roller. The cylindrical walls have angularly spaced apertures through which their pressure rollers protrude. Both of the apertures of a rotor housing are disposed on one side of the diametrical plane passing through the axis of rotation of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 4161060
Abstract: Two metallic half-moulds are produced from a prototype. The half-moulds have complementary mould faces which abut when the mould is closed, and moulding surfaces formed with annular rim depressions joined by a bridge cavity, each rim depression bordering a support surface for a false lens. A webbed frame front is moulded, false lenses are cut from that moulded front, and the mould faces which abut are set-back by a total amount corresponding to the shrinkage of the false lenses, so that the false lenses are gripped between the support surfaces and shape lens bezels in the rims when a frame front is moulded.
