Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for managing a fleet of multi-person transportation vehicles and a fleet of personal transportation vehicles. In some implementations, an urban mobility management system is provided. The system may determine first transportation routes for a plurality of users. The first transportation routes include at least one route in which a user uses a personal transportation vehicle for transportation and at least one route in which another user uses a multi-person transportation vehicle for transportation. The system may also determine second transportation routes for a plurality of personal transportation vehicles. The second transportation routes include at least one route in which a personal transportation vehicle is being relocated by a multi-person transportation vehicle. The system may also provide driving instructions to at least one multi-person transportation vehicle for transporting multiple users and at least personal transportation vehicle.
