    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preventing fouling in polymerization reactors, in particular in loop reactors, in which alpha-olefins are polymerized or copolymerized in particle form in the presence of catalysts. A mixture of alpha-olefin-acrylonitrile copolymers and polymeric polyamines is added into a reactor in order to prevent the fouling of the reactor.
