Abstract: A steering system for a snowmobile includes a handlebar assembly and a steering column that has an upper end coupled to the handlebar assembly. An electronic steering assist unit is coupled to the steering column between upper and lower posts of the steering column. A steering arm assembly is coupled to a lower end of the lower post. First and second tie rods respectively couple the steering arm assembly to first and second ski assemblies such that turning the handlebar assembly, together with the assistance of the electronic steering assist unit, causes the ski assemblies to pivot. A floating mounting system couples the electronic steering assist unit to forward spars of the frame assembly to prevent a torque pre-load on the electronic steering assist unit. The steering column and the electronic steering assist unit share a common axis of rotation that is positioned along a centerline of the snowmobile.

Abstract: A propeller shield to selectively shield rotating blades of a propeller. The propeller shield may include a shield element for placement adjacent to the propeller blades. The shield element may include multiple gates configured to open in response to water flow generated by the propeller. The gates may be configured to open away from the propeller in response to a forward movement of the boat, and to close towards the propeller in response to cessation of the forward movement.

Abstract: A garment hanger comprising a rail engaging portion and garment supporting means in the form of a deformable elongate member. The end of the elongate member distal from the rail engaging portion comprises a first part of a connection mechanism such that the elongate member can be deformed back upon itself and connected to a second part of the connection mechanism of the hanger to form a closed loop. The hanger further comprises an aperture for attaching the hanger to the garment.

The band may also include a plurality of evenly spaced ports therethrough. The propeller guard is designed to improve the performance characteristics, specifically acceleration, planing, speed and steering, of the motor. The outer fluid amplifier increases flow of fluid through the ports of the inner circumferential component and further improves performance characteristics of the boat and motor to which the propeller guard is attached.

The apparatus will therefore be in the path of the propelled water and will function to divert the propelled water in such a way as to create a larger/taller wake than would otherwise be produced by the boat. The boat propeller apparatus can also function as a propeller shield and be used in conjunction with a propeller guard.
