Abstract: A telephone call handling system includes a text selector to enable a user to select a text message prior to an incoming call. The text message can be stored in a text storage and sent by a text sender from the text storage to a calling telephone. A delivery trigger can initiate the text sender to send the text message at the time of the telephone call. The delivery trigger can be linked to delivery of an audio message, an audio content, an image or a video. The delivery trigger can be linked to call detection, call answer or call hang up. The user can be enabled to initiate the sending of the text message. The system can further include caller I.D. information. The user can employ the caller I.D. information in making a decision to initiate the sending of the text message.

Abstract: A telephone call handling system wherein a user is provided with caller I.D. information. For responding to the information, the system affords the user a plurality of call handling options beyond the simple option of answering the call or not. The user can instruct the system to implement any one of the plurality of options. One option can send a call back message to the caller. Another option can send a hold message to the caller and then places the caller on hold. A third option can send entertainment to the caller such that user and caller can simultaneously enjoy the entertainment.

Abstract: A substantially dry wiper having first and second substrate webs joined together in a face-to-face configuration with at least one primary capsule between the two substrate webs is disclosed. The primary capsule encapsulates a primary agent that is released from the capsule upon the occurrence of a primary triggering event. A method for using such a wiper to clean a surface is also disclosed.

Abstract: A restrictor and dispensing system for dispensing sheet material is provided. The restrictor includes a restrictor body positioned on a top sheet of a stack of sheet materials which are positioned in a dispenser. The restrictor assists in one at a time dispensing from a dispensing assembly. The dispensing assembly includes the dispenser, which has a housing including a container and a lid, and the housing is configured to hold and dispense sheet material. The dispenser also includes a sheet mover mounted to the housing. The sheet mover is configured to move over at least a portion of a sheet material away from additional sheet materials for dispensing. The restrictor cooperates with the housing and sheet mover to dispense one sheet material at a time. The restrictor may be provided with the dispenser, or separately. Alternatively, the restrictor may be provided in a cartridge filled with a stack of sheet materials.

Abstract: A personal cleansing article having a capsule and a liquid cleansing composition contained within the capsule is disclosed. The capsule is made to contain a trigger such that upon the occurrence of a specific event, the liquid cleansing composition is released from the capsule. A method for personal cleansing using such an article is also disclosed. Additionally, a method for manufacturing a foaming liquid cleansing composition is disclosed.

Abstract: A telephone call information delivery system includes answering circuitry to answer a telephone call incoming from a service provider and to attain information input by a caller. The system further includes an information signal provider to provide at least one signal to deliver at least some of the attained information to a user. As an example, from the delivered information the user can decide whether or not to answer the incoming call. In another embodiment, the system further includes an alert signal provider to provide a signal to alert the user and an activator to receive instruction from the user. The information signal provider operates responsive to the activator. This embodiment answers an incoming call, attains information from the caller, alerts the user, the user then instructs the activator and the signal provider responds and delivers attained information to the user. The user then decides whether to answer the call.

Abstract: An anti-computer virus system is used to enforce the banning of computer programs. A user is provided with a tool for creating their own banned computer program identifying data. The user-created data is then used to control the anti-virus system to identify banned computer programs and take appropriate banned computer program actions. The banned computer program identifying data can be encrypted with an organization's private PGP key such that it will only be capable of successful decryption and use upon computer systems within that organization bearing the corresponding public PGP encryption key.

Abstract: A fuel spraybar assembly for spraying fuel within a gas turbine engine. The spraybar assembly includes radial and lateral members that distribute fuel within the flowpath. In one embodiment two lateral members are located at the radially inward end of a radial member and generally form a “T” shape. Circumferentially spaced adjacent spraybars subdivide the flowpath into a plurality of circumferential combustion zone segments. In one embodiment the junction of the radial and lateral members provides a flameholding feature that stabilizes the combustion flame. In another embodiment, fuel is introduced non-uniformly within the afterburner resulting in thermal vectoring of the engine thrust.
