Abstract: Disclosed is a very hygienic upper discharge dispenser for food or medicine, which allows a user to open a sealing lid in a one touch way and then, easily take out contents, such as food and medicine, which rise in sequence. The present invention provides an upper discharge dispenser for food or medicine comprising: a cylindrical main body of which an upper part is open and which has a fixing ridge formed on the outside of the upper part; and an upper lid which fits on the outside of the upper side of the main body and is hooked by the fixing ridge, and which has a discharge opening.
