The mounting assembly can include a main portion having a first end, a second end, and at least one basket coupling feature disposed between the first end and the second end. The mounting assembly can also include an elbow coupled to the first end of the main portion, and a wheelchair coupling feature coupled to the elbow, where the wheelchair coupling feature can be configured to couple to a portion of a wheelchair.
