Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method and related system for providing assistance to a user of a service provider (SP). The method comprises receiving and storing user background information for a user in a user database in a memory of the SP, the background information comprising user account information that is accessible by the SP. The method further comprises receiving and storing temporary advisor (TA) information for a plurality of TAs in a TA database in the memory. A matching engine determines an occurrence of a trigger event related to the user account information. Responsive to the trigger event, the method comprises storing user current information in the user database, matching the user with one or more TAs of the plurality of TAs for an interaction, communicating, with the user, information related to the matched TA(s) for an interaction, and receiving and storing interaction information related to the interaction.

The FBSA may be a network based service accessible to users using one or more computing devices. The FBSA may be accessed using a web-browser, or a dedicated FBSA application. The FBSA looks at the user's full balance sheet to provide advice on how the user can meet their financial goals.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for obtaining and providing product information to a user. The method comprises creating, with a processor of a purchase evaluation system, a user profile comprising a plurality of purchasing decision factors with each having a respective weight. The method further comprises receiving a product identifier that identifies a product being considered for purchase by a user, and then building or retrieving, in real-time, a product profile based on the product identifier that contains a plurality of product factors corresponding to the purchasing decision factors, each of which contain a value representing a score of the product's relationship to the respective product factor. The method then evaluates the product based on a function that incorporates the purchasing decision factors and the product factors, and creates display data for displaying the identified product and the product evaluation on a display.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for interest matched interaction initialization are described herein. A first set of profile attributes for a first user and second set of profile attributes for a second user may be obtained. A first set of data sources and a second set of data sources may be identified respectively using the first set and second set of profile attributes. A first dataset and a second dataset may be collected respectively using the first and second set of data sources. An interest vector model may be generated using data elements of the first dataset based on an interest identified in the first dataset. The second dataset may be evaluated using the interest vector model to identify the interest as a shared interest in the second dataset. An interaction initialization item may be generated by identifying content associated with the shared interest. The interaction initialization item may be transmitted to a device.

The set of event data and the set of interaction data may be evaluated to determine a correlation between an event that corresponds to the set of event data and an interaction that corresponds to the set of interaction data. A set of profile data may be collected that is associated with the interaction. The set of profile data may be compared to a user profile to determine a predicted interaction. Options to respond to the predicted interaction may be transmitted to an administrator based on the comparison.
