Abstract: A broadcast receiving apparatus includes a plurality of tuners which respectively receive a plurality of signals, a user interface which receives a channel zapping command, and a controller which generates a channel list in an arrangement that one or more programs included in adjacent signals among the plurality of signals are processed at different demultiplexers based on reference information for channel grouping and a number of the plurality of tuner, and performs the channel zapping based on the generated channel list in response to reception of a channel zapping command. Accordingly, channel zapping can be quickly performed using a plurality of tuners and channel lists.
