  • Publication number: 20170084502
Abstract: A method and apparatus for measuring color coordinates of a light emitting device. The color coordinate measuring apparatus includes a rail on which a substrate is mounted, the substrate having a plurality of light emitting devices (LEDs) formed thereon, a transfer device disposed under the rail and configured to move toward or away from a target region of the substrate, a plurality of electrode pins disposed on the transfer device and configured to respectively contact electrodes of the plurality of light emitting devices in the target region at the same time when the transfer device approaches the target region, a controller configured to sequentially supply electric power to the plurality of electrode pins, and a measurement unit disposed above the rail and configured to be placed above the target region in which the plurality of electrode pins is brought into contact with the electrodes of the plurality of light emitting devices.

  • Patent number: 7372448
Abstract: A sensor circuit, e.g., a circuit for use with a sensor that develops a current responsive to temperature, includes a digital to analog (D/A) comparison circuit having an analog sense current input and a digital input, the D/A comparison circuit operative to compare a digital value at the digital input to a sense current at the sense current input and to responsively generate a comparison signal. The sensor circuit further includes a control circuit configured to provide digital values to the digital input of the D/A comparison circuit responsive to the comparison signal and to generate a digital output corresponding to the sense current.

  • Patent number: 6462625
Abstract: A micropower RC oscillator having stable frequency characteristics with varying temperature includes a number of inverting circuits which are driven by an external driving voltage and connected in series with each other and an RC circuit having a resistor disposed in between a head-inverter and a tail inverter to form a closed loop and a capacitor disposed between the tail-inverter and the head-inverter. The resistor comprises a plurality of unit resistors constituting of a P+ diffusion resistor and a polysilicon resistor having opposing characteristics with respect to temperature variation at a predetermined ratio. A resistance regulator controls the resistance of the resistor by decoding an external resistance setting data to select a unit resistor that determines the oscillation frequency effectively.
