Abstract: A prefabricated pontoon includes: main bodies, each including an upper and a lower main bodies that come in surface contact with each other and having coupling grooves formed thereon along border surfaces thereof; joint bars configured to be inserted into the upper and lower main bodies during forming of the upper and lower main bodies, with a part thereof being positioned and exposed in the coupling grooves to correspond to the coupling grooves; pairs of fastening members configured to be inserted into through-holes symmetrically formed in the upper and lower main bodies to be fastened to one another; and connectors configured to connect the main bodies and each having one end that is inserted into any one of the coupling grooves formed on one of the main bodies and the other end that is inserted into any one of the coupling grooves formed on another of the main bodies.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an expanded polypropylene foam-forming mold including: a core mold having a plurality of core forming portions formed thereon, a guide groove formed between the neighboring core forming portions, and a gate formed on the bottom surface of the guide groove and having blade portions formed at both side edges thereof; and a cavity mold having a plurality of cavity forming portions to be combined with the plurality of core forming portions and a filler gun insertion hole formed between the neighboring cavity forming portions, wherein when the core mold is combined with the cavity mold, the outer peripheral surface of a filler gun coupled to the filler gun insertion hole is inserted into the guide groove.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cavity and a core changeable foam-forming mold. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cavity and the core changeable foam-forming mold, comprises: a fixing mold; a mobile mold which is horizontally moved in the direction of the fixing mold and is combined with the fixing mold for coupling with a forming machine; one or more cavities which are detachably coupled with one side of the mobile mold facing the fixing mold; one or more cores which are detachably coupled with one side of the fixing mold facing the mobile mold; a raw material injection unit which is provided at the mobile mold and supplies a raw material for a molded product into a forming space formed among the cavity; and an extraction unit which is provided at the mobile mold.
