Abstract: A magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus includes a main chassis on which a head drum is mounted and a cassette holder to support a tape cassette. The cassette holder is mounted slidably on the main chassis. A pivoting lever is mounted pivotably on the main chassis and if operated in association with the cassette holder. A sensing switch provides information on insertion or ejection of the tape cassette, wherein the sensing switch is connected or separated according to the position on which the pivoting lever is pivoted.

Abstract: An apparatus for loading a disk in a disk player. The apparatus includes a main chassis on which a transferring roller for transferring the disk to the inside of the player is mounted; a power transferring unit for transferring power of a driving motor to the transferring roller; and a slider mounted on the main chassis, for being moved back and forth along a loading direction of the disk, and which is selectively connected to the power transferring unit, for being driven back and forth. The apparatus further includes an interworking mechanism for guiding the disk into a chucking position, and which is moved and pushed by the disk going forward upon entrance of the disk, to move the slider to connect with the power transferring unit; and a sub-chassis for cooperating with the slider to move back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the loading direction, and to cooperate with the interworking mechanism to isolate the interworking mechanism from the disk positioned on the chucking position.

Abstract: A vibration absorbing apparatus for a disk player comprising a convey roller dispose at a disk gate between a housing and an upper chassis disposed on top of the housing and loading/unloading a disk, a hinge bracket pivotably supporting the convey roller and hinged on the upper chassis, a spring biasing the hinge bracket for the convey roller to be in close contact with the upper chassis, and a damper for absorbing vibration transferred from the hinge bracket to the housing.
