A method for manufacturing a display device includes forming a first electrode on a substrate, forming a light emitting layer on the first electrode, forming an electron transporting layer on the light emitting layer, and forming a second electrode on the electron transporting layer, wherein the electron transporting layer is formed of a composition for an electron transporting layer including inorganic particles, peroxide, a hydrocarbon compound, and a solvent.
